Mcd Run's update

It was a fun run... obviously cause we r not aiming for any prices to win (mana kuat ba want to get the price or even the medal!) lol... maybe next next next run ya?

Here's some of the picture we took during the run. Really fun though, although now i felt my body shouting for mercy asked me to stop making them so bulky and in-pain (body ache) lol...

New Craze

I got this feelings... "Iam a bit FAT these days!" pheeewwww :(
I think I know why, Me and my housemate have this baking craziness lately...
We baked cakes, until we satisfied with the outcomes. Well, u know baking is
not easy, sometimes we burned the cake and sometimes we overdo the cake.
Not an easy task. But so far, I think we pandai already to adjust here and there.

Let me see. well, so far, we covered a few flavor and to named a it;
~ Cheese Cake(first trial, we burned the cake! pengsan!hahaha but still can eat la)
~ Carrot Cake (baked 2 times) ( this one, we think the cake too dry!)
~ Brownies (hehehe SEDAP! Berjaya! oh yeah) we ate with ice-cream! yummy
~ Durian Cheese Cake ( Too much Durian, cannot taste the cheese!but sedap)
~ Fruit Cake ( wohooo paling susah cause it need 3 hours baking time! suffering ooo, and because we baked it at night, we didnt really jaga the cake, turned out a bit dry but successful juga! Well, we plan to bake this for Christmas Cake... gonna put a lot of liqueur (Brandy/Rum) in the cake to make it more tastier! cant wait to bake for second round!)
~ Soft Cotton Japanese Cheesecake (I should said this one, has it own memorable event during the baking time!me and my housemate will remember this moment forever!hahha)-sampai she said she dont want to baked anymore buttt... we'll see la.

Our kitchen really looked like Bakery now with so many baking stuff there! Pengsan...

Pheewww! Next is Muffin... :)

Now u can imagine where all the calories gone to right? hahaha... if not our own Perut, anyway, we brought to office and let our colleagues try juga. Sharing is caring kan... :)

Oh yeah!! I made it...so proud of myself, I managed to RUN to the Finishing Line of 12.3KM last Saturday 31 July 2010.Couldnt believe it... We all made it to the finishing line! Good kan... :)

Haha dear friends, go and buy my bib number B2349 manatau boleh menang. and I got number 398 from 3000 participants.

My final result: 398 B2349 ERVINA VIVIEN TSEU THIAM SHING WOMENS OPEN 1:44:26.

That's the least I could do... My many Thanks to Jeff for his supports and stick with me all the way. Without you, I dont think I could ever finished the race in 1:44:26 time. Thanks Hun! u r the best! Sorry for making u couldnt get ur medal for this race! Im too slow to even get 1 medal... mana boleh kejar 75 orang babe! haha, well maybe next time? Mizuno run, 11KM??

9 WORDS WOMEN USE

This email came to me long time ago from a friend... and I came across it again today, and I wanted to share it with you for our remembrance and get a laugh with it...

The powerful words that Women Love to use, and What we really mean is… (our hidden meaning):

1. Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2. Five minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3. Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4. Go ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

5. Loud sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6. That’s okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7. Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’, that will bring on a ‘whatever’).

8. Whatever: Is a woman’s way of saying F--- YOU!

9. Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking “What's wrong?” For the woman’s response refer to # 3.

Now that we’re clear on what stuff means, do feel free to share this with all the men you know, to warn them about arguments they can avoid (if they remember the terminology). Also, don’t forget to share this with all the women you know – to give them a good laugh!

Should I envy them or...

I really envy those people who can travel anywhere/everywhere without having to think about money problems...(even if they dont have money, they still travel!)
Yeah I know their motto of life should be this "Life is short, make use of it while you can...dont think too much cause u never know when the time is coming for u to die"!

BUT

Do they really happy with their life by doing what they love to do? having to travel in and out of the country and at the end of the day...no money,feeling helpless?

I really envy them for their courage and their way of thinking... But one thing for sure... this kind of people will always tell you that they dont have money... dont have money... but amazingly...when it comes to Travel issues...NOPE Problems... MONEY will come in hand easily! Amazing eh!! This is Fact of life...

Holiday

My First get away trip since early year...pity me, so busy until cannot, cannot breath... I hope this trip wont be a wet trip since the weather are not so unpredictable these days.

My friend sent me a very touching email this morning, and it is one that I have to share! Here’s how it goes:


A friend of mine opened his wife's underwear drawer and picked up a silk paper wrapped package. “This,” he said, “isn't any ordinary package.” He unwrapped the box and stared at both the silk paper and the box.

“She got this the first time we went to New York, 8 or 9 years ago. She has never put it on, and was saving it for a special occasion. Well, I guess this is it.”

He got near the bed and placed the gift box next to the other clothing he was taking to the funeral house, his wife had just died.

He turned to me and said, “Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion.” I still think those words changed my life.

Now I read more and clean less.
I sit on the porch without worrying about anything.
I spend more time with my family, and less at work.
I understood that life should be a source of experience to be lived up to, not survived through.
I no longer keep anything.
I use crystal glasses every day...
I'll wear new clothes to go to the supermarket, if I feel like it.
I don't save my special perfume for special occasions. I use it whenever I want to.
The words “Someday” and “One day” are fading away from my dictionary.

If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see, listen or do it now.
I don't know what my friend's wife would have done if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can tell.

I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends.
She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels.
I'd like to think she would go out for Chinese, her favourite food.
It's these small things that I would regret not doing, if I knew my time had come...

Each day, each hour, each minute, is special. Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no one. Remember that “One day” is far away... or might never come...

Yup! Finally, Im reaching 31 years old today! Pheew...
what a long journey for me to reached this age. I felt so OLD already just by seeing the numbers! Numbers... LoL they would never guess my age if they see me in-person! :)
That's the beauty of being "ME" always being cheerful and looking young. **

Thank you for all the Birthday wishes, im so grateful that i still can celebrates this day with my friends and love one. Thanks for the smses and calls from(Ina,Adi,sisters etc) and also all the wishes through Facebook. LoL i love every single of it! That's the power of FB rite.. :)

Had a great dinner at Pantai Seafood Restaurant with Definy, Lionel and Jeff. Thanks Jeff for the wonderful Birthday Dinner. My favorite dish is the Crabs with salted eggs (finger licking good!)yum yum... will post the picture later wixx! couldnt help it, its so delicious!
