Mcd Run's update

It was a fun run... obviously cause we r not aiming for any prices to win (mana kuat ba want to get the price or even the medal!) lol... maybe next next next run ya?

Here's some of the picture we took during the run. Really fun though, although now i felt my body shouting for mercy asked me to stop making them so bulky and in-pain (body ache) lol...

2nd Run

GOin to Run for 7km = Mcd run this coming Sunday at Kl.
Sigh... not that nervous compare to my last 12.3km run..
